Project Brief

VIMA is a brand new film production company. For the creation of this brand, the concepts were: Movement, Technology and Innovation. A basic geometric figure makes up the brand and represents the film in motion. This figure is segmented by flat rectangles that give it volume and a feeling of profusion and three-dimensionality. 

The Challenge

The challenge was to perform a brand identity update that built on the strengths of the previous assets, giving a new file to the brand.
Each element of the new bespoke word branding has been designed to work seamlessly together or independently of the new company icon.
A better selection of branding options offers more design flexibility for the branding in the future.

The Solution

A page of brainstorming notes was subtly added to the background of the drawings to create a layer of depth. This style may be expanded in the future to include specific hand-drawn notes, which highlight important information within projects. Many concepts were designed, vectorized and tested to ensure the direction to follow was the best decision for the company.
